General Conditions
- Our products include both software products available for purchase and customized solutions developed according to client specifications.
- We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods and customization services provided in digital format, we offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
- Software Products:
- Full refunds on software purchases may be issued within 14 days of the purchase date provided the software has not been activated or used.
- Once the software is activated, it is considered “used” and may not be eligible for a full refund unless technical issues can be demonstrated that cannot be resolved by our support team.
- Customization Services:
- For customization services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Clients are encouraged to review and approve each stage of the development process.
- If the project is terminated by either party, the refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the work not completed as per the service agreement.
- We do not offer refunds once a project has been completed and accepted by the client.
Process for Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund, you must contact our support team at support@jsontechnologies.co.in with your order details, including transaction ID, purchase date, and reason for the request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. We may require additional information or documentation to process your refund request.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 14 days of approval.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Renewal charges for ongoing services or subscriptions are non-refundable.
- Fees associated with the customization of services are not refundable once work has commenced and partial results have been accepted.
- Products returned more than 14 days after purchase.
Exchanges
- In cases where a product is faulty or not as described, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund. Please contact our support team to discuss an exchange.
